Directions

PAL is located in Suite 940W on Level 9 of The Water Tower Professional Suites. Elevators are located at street level in the mall lobby just east of American Girl Place Chicago, next to Gateway Newsstand.

From the Michigan Avenue entrance to Water Tower Place, proceed at street level through American Girl Place Chicago to reach the lobby and access the Professional Suite elevators.

From East Chestnut or East Pearson, use the mall entrance facing the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The Professional Suite elevators will be visible next to Gateway Newsstand, closer to the East Chestnut Street side of the building.

By car: The Water Tower Place parking entrance is located on East Chestnut Street. DISCOUNTED parking tickets ($20) are available to our patients. From the parking garage, take the elevator up to street level and proceed across the mall lobby to Professional Suite elevators.

By CTA Bus: Many CTA bus routes include a stop on North Michigan Avenue in front of or across the street from Water Tower Place. For a complete listing, consult here.

By CTA Train: The Red Line subway is the closest train route to Water Tower Place. Exit at Chicago Avenue and proceed east about three blocks to North Michigan Avenue. Turn left and proceed north just under two blocks to Water Tower Place, located between East Pearson and East Chestnut Streets.
